炉内喷钙对SO_2和NO_x排放的影响研究

摘    要:在一维沉降炉上进行了炉内喷钙脱硫试验,系统考察了煤粉炉内喷钙脱硫工况条件下SO2和NOx排放发影响因素。试验表明,SO2和NOx排放与炉内温度、Ca/S、脱硫剂细度、煤种、过量空气系数等有密切关系。通过SO2和NOx排放规律的研究,为石灰石脱硫选择一个合适的工况,缓解脱硫和降低NOx排放之间的矛盾。

Abstract:The experiment is carried out in one-dimension subsiding furnace with calcium injection for desulfurization. The factors influencing the formation of SO2 and NOx are discussed. Experiments show that the amount of SO2 and NOx emanation depends intimately on the furnace temperature, Ca/S ratio, particle fineness of desulfurizing agent, coal category, excess air factors etc. There are some action on properly selecting sorbent type and some operation parameters to the simultaneous control of SO2 and NOx emission.
