| Abstract: | Phase change materials(PCM) could be compounded with conventional matrix materials to form new type building materials with functions of energy storage and improvement of indoor thermal environment. Based on its traits and merits,phase change energy storage materials were classif ied as three categories. Its application to energy effi cient buildings was analyzed and points for attention were proposed. |
