液压辊缝伺服控制系统的数据采集与分析

摘    要:液压伺服控制系统由于系统特性较易漂移,给系统的维护和维修带来许多困难,特别是在大型的液压伺服控制系统中,系统的监控显得十分越要。文章介绍了冶金行业中大规模液压伺服控制系统的给定信号和反馈信号的采集和处理方法,该方法采用IBALOGIC和IBAANALYZER数据采集和数据分析系统,可实现给定和反馈信号的实时采集、显示,以及离线分析。

Abstract:The control point of hydraulic servo-control system shifts easily because of its some properties, this brings much inconvenience to the maintenance and service of the system, so that it is necessary to establish a system for monitoring the work condition of large-scale hydraulic servo-control system. This paper introduces a approach to acquire and process the setup signal and feedback signal of large-scale hydraulic servo-control system in metallurgical industry, which uses software IbaLogic and IbaAnalyzer for the data acquisition and analysis of the system and can realize such function as the real-time acquisition, display and off-line analysis of the setup signal and feedback signal.
