丝绸服装的纰裂及影响因素分析

丝绸服装由于面料本身的特点,较之其他服装更容易产生纰裂,因此纰裂成为制约丝绸服装质量的重要因素,缝针、线迹密度、缝份是影响丝绸服装纰裂的主要加工因素。文章以常见的缎类丝绸服装为例,通过实验方法分析了这3个加工因素对丝绸服装纰裂的影响程度,并提出了有价值的参考数据。

Stitch Slipping in Silk Garments and Analysis of its Influencing Factors

Due to the characters of its materials, stitch slipping occurs easily in silk garment, so that stitch slipping becomes a key factor influencing the quality of silk garment. Sewing needle, stitching density and seam allowance are main manufacturing factors among those. By making experiments with silk garment of satin construction, this paper analyzes the influencing level of these three manufacturing factors, at the same time it also puts forward the valuable reference data. It has a directive functions for designing and manufacturing of silk garments.
