摘    要:为揭示浮选分离过程中煤岩组分的可浮性差异及其与药剂的相互作用机制,研究了AlCl3对煤岩组分浮选分离的影响,探讨了AlCl3添加量对分离效果的影响,通过表面润湿性、表面Zeta电位、沉降性能等的测试,揭示了AlCl3对镜质组和惰质组在浮选分离过程中的作用机制。结果表明,当AlCl3添加量为200 mg/L时,浮选分离效果较好,浮物镜质组含量可达82.68%,沉物惰质组含量达到64.55%;AlCl3可增大镜质组和惰质组表面润湿性差异,且两组分表面Zeta电位到达零电点时,所对应的AlCl3添加量不同,当AlCl3用量介于两者之间时,浮选效果较好;AlCl3扩大了镜质组和惰质组的沉降速率和可浮性差异。

Influence of AlCl3 on flotation separation of coal macerals
Abstract:Aims to reveal the differences of flotability and the mechanism of reagents on the flotation seperaction of various macerals,providing theoretical basis for the flotation separation of macerals,this paper studied the effect of AlCl3 on the flotation separation of coal macerals.The impact of AlCl3 dosage on separation effect was discussed.The mechanism of AlCl3 on the flotation separation of vitrinite and inertinite was revealed through the tests like surface wettability,surface Zeta potential,sedimentation etc.The results show that the vitrinite and inertinite reveal the highest enrichment ratio (82.68% and 64.55% respectively) when AlCl3 dosage is 200 mg/L.The differences of surface wettability between vitrinite and inertinite can be increased by AlCl3.When the surface Zeta potential of vitrinite and inertinite reaches zero charge,the dosage of AlCl3 is different.Furthermore,the flotation separation has a better result when the dosage of AlCl3 falls in between.Moreover,AlCl3 increases the rate of settling and the difference of floatability in both vitrinite and inertinite.
