摘    要:
介绍了AISi6Cu4铸造铝合金光谱标准物质的研制过程.本标准物质的合金元素成分Si,Mg,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn均成梯度交叉排列,经多家单位使用不同型号仪器证明,其均匀性、成线性、稳定性好,定值准确,各元素覆盖范围宽,而且均具有良好梯度。

Abstract:
it is reported that the AIsi6Cu4 cast aluminium alloy spectral standard reference materials have been developed. The standard reference materials with cross gradient arranged element contentS Si, Mg, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zncoalloyed, ined by different laboratories with different type of the instruments, have been shown with good homogCneity,linearity and stability, accurate valeds and wide analytical range and gradient for the 6 elementS.
