粒状焦炭结构电阻的初步研究

摘    要:用于矿热炉冶炼的粒状碳质还原剂的导电性质是由其结构电阻决定的。结构电阻包括焦炭本身的“本征电阻”和焦粒之间的“接触电阻”。“本征电阻”是焦炭的固有电阻,随温度变化而变化。“接触电阻”则与焦炭颗粒的大小、形状、颗粒分布以及所处的压力状态等因素有关。

Abstract:For the ferro-alloy process, the conduction current behaviour of carbon reductive agents plays an important role in the submerged arc furnace. Experimental results show that the construction resistance of granular coke consists of "intrinsic resistance" and"contact resistance". "Intrinsic resistance"of carbon reductive agent is the real resistance of materials and mainly varies with temperature condition. For granular coke, the contact resistances have relations to the granular size or particle diameter, the particle shape, the particle size distribution and the pressure condition borne on it.
