多糖酶菌种的初步选育研究

摘    要:采用查氏培养的改进配方,筛选了8种微生物,并描绘了其菌落特征。利用接种针接种液体摇瓶培养3天。通过对多糖的测定(同时也测定了色值),找到了对多糖和色素都有显著降解效果的菌种,为进一步通过酶法研究困扰着制糖业的多糖和色糖和色素问题,以及对菌种的优化提供了可靠的资料。

Abstract:In this paper,8 kinds of strain were selected and their characteristics were also described.The strains that can degrade both polysaccharides and colorants were found out by the comparable determination of polysaccharides and color value of the solution that were inoculated and incubated about 3 days,giving satisfactory information for further research on polysaccharides and colorant.
