摘    要:人才的储备、培养和管理将对电网公司在电力市场竞争中获胜起到至关重要的作用。通过对电力市场环境下电网公司所需人才的分析,建议在今后的工作中逐步补充。同时做好人才的管理,真正做到“招好人、用好人”,使电网企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract:It is quite critical for power grid companies to reserve, cultivate and manage qualified personnel in the competition of power market. The article is to make analysis on the qualified personnel required in power market environment, which can be served as a good reference to perfect the future work. Meanwhile, it is also important for power grid companies to manage, select and employ the qualified personnel, so that the enterprise will always win in the severe market competition.
