| 摘 要： | TD—SCDMA数字集群通信系统是集群通信系统的一个发展方向。本论文首先对TD—SCDMA集群通信系统的切换问题进行了简要的分析，然后从切换的测量、判决、执行3个过程着手，结合智能天线技术对目标小区及切换判决准则的确定进行了深入研究，最后对切换性能进行了简单分析。

| Abstract: | TD-SCDMA digital trunking system is a trend of the development of trunking communication system.This paper takes a brief analysis about the problem of handover in the trunking communication system firstly,then along with the smart antennas technology,it makes a deep study on the target cell and handover-judgment criteria from the following three processes,measurement,judgment,and execution.At last,it takes a simple analysis about the handover performance. |
