摘    要:本文采用SpherisorbC18色谱柱,甲醇-水-乙酸(v/v/v=40/60/0.5)为流动相,280 nm检测波长,建立了测定印迹分子聚合过程中香兰素的高效液相色谱-紫外法.该法的线性范围为0.009 6~0.057 8 mg/mL,回归方程为Y=9 910.124X-40.72,相关系数r=0.999 3,相对标准偏差小于6.50%.方法的回收率范围为100.3%~113.3%,检出限为2.09μg/mL,定量限为6.93μg/mL.

Abstract:The vanillin in imprinted polymer's solution has been determined on a SpherisorbC18 column using methanol-water-acetic acid as mobile phase by the method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-UV(HPLC-UV).The calibration curves are good linear over the range of 0.0096~0.0578mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9993,and the RSD is less than 6.75%.The recovery of the method ranges from 98.2% to 112.2%.And the limit of detection(S/N=3) is 2.09μg/mL,the limit of quantification(S/N=10) is 6.93μg/mL.
