鲟鱼皮研究现状及其发文统计分析

提高鲟鱼皮利用率、降低鲟鱼加工成本的研究日益受到关注.以鲟鱼皮发文为主题,统计分析了科学引文索引、工程索引和中国知网中有关鲟鱼皮文献的发文数量、研究方向、热点和研究国家等,并从文献计量学角度对该领域的研究进行整理归纳.发现鲟鱼皮研究文献在2006~2009年期间有一个明显的上升趋势;涉及到的主要研究方向是渔业、海洋淡水生物学和兽医学;从鲟鱼皮中提取胶原蛋白成为目前研究热点.结合近年来鲟鱼皮开发利用现状,认为我国鲟鱼皮研发利用具有非常广阔的前景,旨在给鲟鱼养殖业发达的区域提供参考.

Statistical analysis of sturgeon skin based on published papers

The research of improving the utilization rate of sturgeon skin, and reducing its processing cost was paid much attention. We analyzed the published papers about sturgeon skin from the aspect of the number, hotspot, research direction and nations based on the SCI, E1 and CNKI using the literature statistical method, and summarized the research of this field from the perspective of literature metrology. We found that there was a clear upward trend in the research of literature sturgeon skin during 2006-2009 and the main research fields involved in fishery, marine and freshwater biology and veterina ry medicine. Abstracting the collagen from sturgeon skin has become the hotspot nowadays. Combined with the status quo of sturgeon skin exploitation, it can be found that the prospects of the sturgeon skin research and development in China are broad, which provides a reference value for the advanced sturgeon aquaculture area.
