川东地区“三高”气井井口隐患治理技术

摘    要:川东地区所钻的井大多属“三高”(高压、高含硫、高危险)气井,无论生产井还是报废井,井口装置腐蚀均较严重。因酸性介质极易造成空气的恶性污染,威胁人身安全,加之井下复杂情况,故井口隐患治理面广、技术难度大。针对川东地区不同类型的气井井口隐患,分别采用常规注水泥塞封闭、带压堵塞器、带压钻孔、水力切割、带压换井口等系列技术措施,收到了良好的井口隐患治理效果。

Abstract:Most of the wells drilled in the eastern Sichuan basin are featured by high pressure, high H2S content, high critical H2S and CO2, and the wellhead equipment are seriously corroded at either production wells or abandoned wells. The sour medium can easily cause serious air pollution, which will threaten the personal safety, in addition to the complicated downhole conditions, therefore the quantity of wellheads waiting for hazard removal is large and the work is challenging. Technical measures as conventional cement plug, high pressure plug device, pressure boring, hydraulic cutting, and wellhead equipment replacement have been tried according to different wellhead hazards in the eastern Sichuan basin, good results have been obtained.
