| Abstract: | As doctor graduation requirement,SCI and EI thesis collection has been accepted by more and more universities.Investigation shows that English has undoubtedly become an obstacle for the SCI and EI thesis publication and doctorial English teaching reform must be carried out.The directions and methods of reform were discussed. |
