摘    要:采用超声波化学镀工艺在人造金刚石表面获得了均匀致密的金属薄膜,提高了金刚石的抗压强度和耐热性.化学镀Cu对人造金刚石性能的提高不明显,化学镀Ni和Cr对性能有显著提高.

Abstract:A uniform and compact metal film was attained on the surface of synthetic diamond by ultrasonic chemical plating. The compress intensity and heat resistance of the synthetic diamond were improved. The performance of the synthetic diamond after chemical plating Cu was not improved distinctively. However, the performance of diamond was improved evidently by plating Ni and Cr.
