支承辊辊身表面缺陷分析

摘    要:材质为70Cr3Mo的支承辊在半精磨后发现辊身表面上出现肉眼可见的密集型点状缺陷。对该表面区域取样,进行化学成分、金相组织、缺陷部位宏观和微观分析,判定支承辊表面点状缺陷为冶炼脱氧过程中脱氧产物未能充分上浮残留在钢锭中所致。提出采取优选炉料,减少夹杂物带入,降低钢水中的氧含量等,对钢锭生产工艺过程进行控制,使得支承辊辊身点状夹渣缺陷得到明显的改善。

Abstract:After semi-fine grinding backup roll of material 70Cr3Mo,visible and dense defects existed on the finish roll surface. By sampling and analyzing chemical composition,metallographic structure,and the macro and micro analysis of defect location,which reached that this defects is caused by deoxidation products. Part of deoxidation products cannot fully floating and remain stay in the steel ingot during deoxidation process. This paper takes measures of optimizing burden,reducing the inclusion and oxygen content,technical process control.Therefore spot defects of backup roll improved obviously.
