RH-KTB技术在武钢二炼钢厂的应用实践

摘    要:武钢第二炼钢厂1号真空处理应用RH—KTB技术后,对脱碳钢而言,降低了转炉出钢温度,提高了出钢w(C)。RH工序脱碳速度、过程温度均发生了变化。吹氧加铝升温技术的应用减少了因成分、温度、节奏不合而造成回炉的钢水量。

Abstract:The BOF tapping temperature has been reduced and carbon content in lipuid steel increased in the decarburized steel grade and in the meanwhile the decarburzing rate in RH and the process temperaure also changed since application of RH-KTB technology at the No.1 vacuum degasser in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO.By addition of proper amount of aluminum in the process of RH-KTB to increase hot metal temperature the reject rate of liquid steel due to variation of temperature and compositions as well as undesired rhythm can be drastically cut down.
