弹性模居——2010江苏省公共租赁住房竞赛小记

随着农村剩余劳动力的大规模转移和全国城市化水平的逐步提升，公共租赁住房作为城市低收入群体、进城农民工等人群的一种安置手段和对商业住宅市场的一种补充，在现今社会实施推行已非常必要，本文通过对“弹性模居”这个竞赛项目的设计解读，希冀能在有限的条件下最大限度地利用居住空间，灵活组合单元，节地节能等方面做出有益的思考和尝试。
