摘    要:在对叶轮浮选法处理含油污水技术进行理论分析的基础上,进行了叶轮转速,浮选剂投加量、污水在浮选池中的停留时间对浮选处理效果影响的试验研究。试验结果表明,采用叶轮浮选法处理含油污水是可行的,在叶轮转速为700r/min,UP20型浮选剂的投加量为20-25mg/L、污水在浮选中的停留时间为5-8min、进水含油量约为1000mg/L、悬浮固体含量为15-40mg/L时,除油率可达到86%以上,悬浮固体

Abstract:On the basis of theory analysis of turbine flotation treating oily water the authors make experiment on turnings speed of turbine,adding amount of flotation agent, and the flotation treatment result effected by the sewage roaintain time in flotation pooi. Test result shows that it is feasible to treat oily water by using turbine flotation. When rotating speed of turbine is 700r/min,the additive amount of UP20 flotation agent is 20 ~ 25mg /L, sewage maintain time in flotation pool is 5 ~ 8min, oil cut of inlet water is about 1000mg/L and suspended solid is 15~40mg;/L,oil removal ratio can be over 86% and removal ratio of suspended solid can be over 67 %.
