摘    要:以芦丁为对照品计算总黄酮含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响;结果表明:最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂为40%乙醇溶液,料液比为1:70,超声仪工作频率为28kHz,提取时间为45min,该工艺简单易行,是提取救必应总黄酮物质的有效途径。

Abstract:The content of the total flavonoids was computed with rutin as standard substance, and the influence of different factors and levels on the ultrasonic extraction technology were investigated by means of simple factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. As the results showed that the best extraction condition were as follows: adding 70 times volume of 40 % alcohol, ultrasonic extraction for 45 min with 28 kHz to extract the flavonoids ultrasonic working frequency. The extraction method was appropriate, simple and feasible. It was an ideal way of cortex llicis rotundae.
