移动校友会信息系统在高校中的应用与研究

分析和探讨了目前高校校友会信息系统建设的现状.结合高校日常管理特点,对其校友信息管理应用中出现的各种问题进行了详细分析并提出解决办法.针对在校生、已毕业校友与母校的信息交流渠道建设提出新的解决办法,即由校方组织的的传统校友会扩展为不受时间、地点限制的移动校友会.另外,该系统对高校每年入学新生咨询、接待等高重复性工作提出了解决办法.通过该系统在北京信息科技大学的应用,证明了该系统能给高校日常管理工作带来极大的便利,也为高校校友管理提出了新的解决方案.

Application and Discussion of Mobile Alumni Association Information System for Institution of Higher Education

To analysis and discuss all kinds of the information system development and application status of institution of higher education. Based on the feature of higher education＇s daily management and operation, to provide solutions and discuss further focus to the various issues during the application of alumni information management. Provide new ways for the communication between student and graduate. Use mobile alumni association, which is no limited by time and address, instead of the traditional alumni association which is organized by school, so that to improve efficiency. At the same time, to provide the method for consulting and questions from new student reception. Through to practise the mobile alumni association in Beijing Information Science and Technology University prove that such system can provide much more conveniences during the daily management of higher education, and new solutions for management of alumni information.
