| 摘 要： | 抗氯盐高性能混凝土由于低水胶比和高掺量矿物掺合料的原因,混凝土易于出现开裂现象,这种情况在大体积混凝土中更易出现,从而严重阻碍了抗氯盐高性能混凝土的推广应用。在东里桥闸重建工程中,为解决抗氯盐高性能混凝土在大体积混凝土中应用的难题,采用大掺量矿渣微粉、大粒径骨料、低砂率和低坍落度混凝土的技术措施进行了工程实践。工程实践表明:采用上述技术措施配制的抗氯盐高性能混凝土适宜用于大体积混凝土,在东里桥闸重建工程中共使用抗氯盐高性能混凝土4.7万m3,采用抗氯盐高性能混凝土的工程部位未出现开裂现象,工程分部验收质量优良。

| Abstract: | Because of low water-binder ratio and large amount of admixture,antichloride-salt high performance concrete is easy to crack,special in mass concrete.This shortcoming severe blocked the usage of anti-chloride-salt high performance concrete.For solve this problem,using bigger grain size aggregate,lower sand proportion and lower slump in Dongli-Bridge-gate Reconstruction Project.The engineering practice of Dongli-Bridge-gate Reconstruction Project showed that those measures are useful to prevent the crack of mass concrete.47 thousand cubic meter anti-chloride-salt high performance concrete are used in this project,no crack was found and the quality of project subsection was good. |
