基于SLA的下一代网络计费方法*

传统的网络计费方法计费方式单一，既不能体现出多级服务的差异性，也不能确切地保证服务质量。为了解决该问题，提出了一种基于SLA（服务等级协议）的下一代网络计费方法。引入了接入费用、使用费用、浮动费用、拥塞费用和补偿费用的多费用体系，在不同情况下对用户使用的服务资源进行计费。该计费方法可以提高网络的QoS（服务质量）保证能力，并利用价格杠杆有效地避免拥塞，从而提高网络提供业务的性能价格比。
