摘    要:针对现有常规修井机存在的能量浪费现象,研制成节能型XXJ300/500液压蓄能修井机。在起升力和速度与常规修井机相等的条件下,节能型修井机装机功率不到常规修井机的三分之一,可回收利用油管柱下放释放出来的部分位能,实现不开机下放油管柱作业。如果配用液压油管钳,不必另设动力源和液压系统,直接接到节能机的液压系统即可工作。由于直接用组合油缸起下油管,不用绞车和井架,油缸运动件的行程是固定的,不会发生碰天车之类的恶性事故。现场试验表明,这种修井机节能效果非常显著,大大降低了修井作业成本,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:In the light of the status of energy waste of conventional workover rigs, Model XXJ300/500 hydraulic energy-storing workover rig is developed. Under the condition of the same hoisting force and speed, the installed power of the energy-saving rig is less than 1/3 of that of the conventional rigs. By utilizing part of the gravitational energy released in lowering the tubing string, the tubing string is run into the well with the rig being idle. If the hydraulic tubing tongs is used, it can be connected directly with the hydraulic system of the rig and put into operation. The tubing is run and pulled with combined cylinder, therefore drawworks and mast are not required. The stroke of the moving parts of the cylinder is fixed, so the incident of bumping crown block will not occur. Field test shows that the new workover rig has good energy-saving effect and can reduce greatly the cost of well servicing.
