含油废水处理药剂的评价方法与加药自动控制

摘    要:评述了三种含油废水处理药剂的筛选和评价方法。量筒测试(Bottle Test)和烧杯搅拌实验(Jar Test)可定性地对药剂实现快筛选与评价,而小型浮选实验(Bench Scale Flotation)可准确测定药剂的性能和最佳用量。此外,对实际水处理过程中加药自动控制方法进行了阐述。中馈控制较为常用,主要采用流动电流法和絮凝绒体检测法来控制加药量。采用透光率脉动检测技术可以克服传感器长时间使用容易受到油的粘污等缺点。

Abstract:Three methods for screening and evaluating additives of oily wastewater treatment are reviewed.Bottle test and Jar test can screen and evaluate additives quickly and quantitively while bench the performance and accurate dosage of additives can be determined by using bench scale flotation method.In addition,the method for controlling the coagulant dosage of oily wastewater treatment is also discussed.Middle feedback method is often employed to control the coagulant dosage by determining streaming current or floccus.One of disadvantage of photoelectric detector is that it is easily spoiled by oil in the long run.This disadvantage can be avoided by using the transmitted light fluctuation monitoring technique.
