PA/PP—g—MAH/PP共混物的界面和形态研究

摘    要:
用小角X光衍射和偏光显微镜等方法研究了具有相容区的PA101/PP-g-MAH/PP熔融共混物的界面和结晶开态,PA101和PP-g-MAH在熔融共混过程中生成新的基团,在相间存有界面,体系中两相的结晶形态均匀,共混物的拉伸屈服强度随着界面层厚度的增大而提高。

Abstract:
PA1010/PP blend and PA1010/PP g MAH/PP blend were studied.The experiment data of SAXS show that there is no interface layer in the PA1010/PP blend,but it is opposite in the PA1010/PP g MAH blend.And the interface layer thickness in the latter blend depends on the content of PP g MAH.It was shown that the yield strength of PA1010/PP g MAH/PP blend was improved with the increasing of the interface layer thickness.The result of POM also shows that the even of crystallization morphology of the PA1010/PP blend was improved by PP g MAH phase.All of these indicate that PP g MAH has compatibility effect on PP/PA1010.
