| 摘 要： | 结合吉林市水资源分布不均衡的基本情况,对存在的问题进行分析,并提出了解决问题的思路和见解,指出,通过认真学习宣传贯彻执行吉林市水资源开发利用和保护条例,提高用水效率,建立节约型经济,开发和利用天空水资源,防洪减灾,保护饮用水水源安全等方法,可以解决吉林市水资源存在的问题。
