摘    要:介绍了水电解制氢的传统工艺和水电解制氢研究开发动态和发展趋势,展示了太阳能光解水制氢和太阳能光催化水解制氢的研究进展。重点提出了水电解制氢在煤炭气化制甲醇工艺中的应用。介绍了煤气化配水电解氢制甲醇的基本原理,提出了水电解生产流程,并进一步提出了此工艺的工程设想,建议采用壳牌煤气化工艺(SCGP)配水电解氢合成甲醇联产流程,其优点是可实现煤炭中碳元素组分的充分利用,免去传统甲醇工艺中大量的CO2排放。最后建议对该创新工艺设想进行循序渐进的开发,以尽快实现工业化推广应用。

Abstract:The article introduces the traditional processes of hydrogen production with water electrolyzing,and the trends of its research & development,and presents the research advance of hydrogen production from wa- ter photolysis with solar energy and from water decomposition with solar energy photochemical catalysis.Em- phatically the article puts forth the application of hydrogen production with water electrolyzing in methanol synthesis process by syngas from coal gasification.The paper also introduces the fundamentals of methanol synthesis with coal gasification supplemented with hydrogen from water electrolyzing,puts forth the process flowscheme of water electrolyzing,and the engineer assumption of it,and recommends the methanol co-production process scheme adopting Shell coal gasification process supplemented with hydrogen from water electrolyzing.The recommended process possesses the advantage that the carbon component in coal can be fully used while the great amount of CO2 from traditional methanol synthesis process can be reduced.Finally,the paper suggests developing the innovation process following in order and advancing step by step so as to realize its commercial application as soon as possible.
