| 摘 要： | 新民主主义文化纲领是社会主义初级阶段文化纲领的渊源和基础。以新民主主义文化纲领指导现代文化的建设，我们要强调文化的“民族性、科学性、大众性”。在新的历史条件下，社会主义文化的“民族性、科学性、大众性”被赋予了更为丰富的时代内涵。
