摘    要:传统水泵蓄势器式水压机采用手工操作,液压冲击大,故障率高.采用交流伺服驱动机构替代传统水压机的随动操纵系统,实现水压机工作的计算机控制,使传统水压机的工作性能得到提升,并能避免因人工操作不当引起的液压冲击,同时也能检测活动横梁位移,实现自动控制.CNC交流随动位置系统由工业控制计算机、交流伺服电机及驱动单元、位置检测传感器等组成闭环控制系统,通过计算机控制水压机分配器轴的偏转速度和角度,从而实现水压机的平稳控制.本改造方案不仅投入少、效益高,而且提高了操纵系统的可靠性,故障率显著降低,操作简单,维护方便.

Abstract:Because of using manual operation, the traditional forging water press has the disadvantages of large hydraulic shock and high malfunction rate. The characteristics of the traditional water press were improved significantly by using AC serve drive and computer control to replace the old manual operating system. For the new machine, the hydraulic shock was eliminated and automated control was realized. The CNC AC adapted position system consisted of industrial computer, AC servo electric machinery and drive unit, position inspect sensors and so on. The smooth and stable control was achieved by using computer to control the deflected velocity and angle of the axis of controller. The results show that this reconstruction scheme has the advantages of low cost, high reliability and good maintainability.
