集散控制直流电源系统设计

摘    要:介绍了以高频开关电源模块和铅酸免维护蓄电池组构成各独立的直流电源,以嵌入式系统芯片为控制核心,CAN总线为通信网络的集散控制直流电源系统.该系统中高频开关电源采用移相全桥零电压开关PWM变换器及高频变压器组成;中央控制器和节点控制器采用基于LPC2478的嵌入式系统,并配以人机界面;节点控制器对直流电源现场信息进行采集与控制,并通过CAN总线与中央控制器通信,以达到对直流电源的集中监视、操作、管理和对现场电源分散控制相统一的新型控制.系统的软件设计包括中央控制器和节点控制器的软件设计,软件设计是在μC/Linux环境下编写应用程序和驱动程序,驱动程序加栽到系统中通过设备注册实现;各软件模块的功能通过中断服务程序来完成.

Abstract:The distributed control of the DC power supply system composed of high-frequency switching power supply modules and maintenance-free lead-acid batteries is introduced,which takes the embedded system chip as the control core and the CAN bus as the communication network. The high-frequency switching power supply module is composed of the phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage switching PWM converter and the high-frequency transformer while the central controller and CAN node controller are based on the LPC2478 embedded system with additional human-machine interface. The CAN node controller acquires the site information of DC power supply, communicates with the central controller via CAN bus and carries out the control to realize the centralized monitoring, operation and management and the distributed control. The system software includes the applications and drivers for central controller and node controller,which are programmed under the μC / Linux environment. The driver is loaded into system through device registration and various software modules are executed in the interrupt service routines.
