| 摘 要： | 介绍了氯化钾造粒技术及掺混肥的生产工艺。在圆盘造粒机上采用无蒸汽法对粉状氯化钾造粒 ,加入占总重量 1 5%～ 2 0 %的粘结剂CH ,同时添加 0 .1 %的表面活性剂SAS ,所得颗粒氯化钾为球状 ,直径 1～ 4.75mm ,颗粒强度 1 8.0N/颗左右。通过对各种原料配伍性能的研究 ,确定了有关掺混肥的生产工艺。 |

| Abstract: | The granulation of potassium chloride and production of bulk blended fertilizer were introduced.The potassium chloride powder was granulated on the disc pelletizer without vapour,by adding binder CH and surfactant SAS amounting to 15%～20% and 0.1% of the total weight respectively.Under those conditions,the spheroidal potassium chloride was gained and its diameter was 1～4.75mm,the strength was 18.0 N per pellet.The production process of bulk blended fertilizer was decided by studying on the complexing performance of various of raw materials. |
