Decoupling and arbitrary coefficient assignment in time-delay systems

Abstract:
This paper considers decoupling control of time-delay systems. We assume a new decoupling condition which is stronger than the one obtained until now and R[σ]-controllability. Then, a dynamic compensator to achieve decoupling and arbitrary coefficient assignment is presented.
