酸催化地沟油与醇类酯化反应研究

摘    要:以酸作为催化剂对地沟油与甲醇、乙醇酯化反应进行正交实验,实验中酸催化地沟油最佳反应条件,对于甲醇:温度为70℃,油醇摩尔比为1:40,催化剂浓度为7%,反应时间为6h,级差顺序依次是:油醇摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂浓度、温度;对于乙醇:温度为80℃,油醇摩尔比为1:30,催化剂浓度为5%,反应时间为6h,级差顺序依次是:油醇摩尔比、温度、催化剂浓度、反应时间。

Abstract:Cross compounding test between waste oils and methanol or ethanol based on H2SO4 was done. The best condition of test is, for methanol: temperature: 70℃; the proportion of methanol and waste oils:1:40, the dosage of catalyst: 7%, the time of reaction: 6h. Influence sequence to outcome of factors is: the proportion of methanol and waste oils>the dosage of catalyst >the time of reaction > temperature. For ethanol: temperature 80℃, the proportion of ethanol and waste oils 1:30, the dosage of catalyst 5%, the time of reaction 6 h. influence to outcome of factors is: the proportion of ethanol and waste oils>temperature>the dosage of catalyst>the time of reaction.
