| 摘 要： | 试验研究多功能助剂KLF-808在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用效果。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶、下三角胶和外护胶中加入KLF-808,可以降低胶料的门尼粘度,提高胶料的抗硫化返原性能,降低硫化胶的压缩生热,提高成品轮胎的耐久性能;在胎面胶中加入KLF-808,可以提高硫化胶的耐磨和抗刺扎性能。

| Abstract: | The application of multi-functional agent KLF-808 in TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The test results showed that,by adding KLF-808 in tread compound,apex rubber and bead filler rubber of TBR tire,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased,the anti-reversion of the compound was improved,the compression heat build-up of vulcanizate was decreased,and the endurance of the finished tire was improved;in addition,the wear resistance and puncture resis-tance of vulcanizate were improved. |
