摘    要:分析探讨了中国水泥工业“生态化”的研究现状及发展趋势,为提高我国水泥工业发展的生态化水平,必须调整我国水泥工业的产业结构和产品结构,将高性能水泥熟料、高活性细掺料及低钙水泥系列熟料作为今后的研究重点,提高水泥中工业废弃物的利用效率,进行水泥产品生态化设计,以实现水泥生产的低消耗和低污染。

Abstract:Ecological status and development directions of cement industry in China are discussed in this paper. To improve the ecological situation of the cement industry, the structure of products and the structure of the cement industry should be optimized. These optimizations include improvement of some small_scale cement plants to decrease the whole pollution level of the cement industry. Furthermore, researches on high reactive clinker, high reactive fine admixture of concrete and low_calcium series cement should be emphasized, by which the ecological design of cement, to reduce consumption and pollution of cement production and to improve the utilization efficiency of waste in cement production, can be realized. To produce low_calcium cement such as HBC would be benefit to the ecological production of cement because the clinker can be burned in a relatively low temperature and can be prepared with many low quality raw materials. The cement made from high reactive clinker can utilize more wastes than traditional cement of the same grade. The cement containing no clinker or only a small amount of clinker is a typical kind of ecological cement. In addition, many researches also showed that the cement production could also be applied to environment protection such as soil upgrading or the use of domestic wastes as fuels in clinker burning.
