影响针状组织铸铁的因素研究

摘    要:通过向灰铸铁中加入一定量的Mo、Cu等合金元素,并调整孕育剂的类型及其在铁液中的含量,同时调整浇注温度、冷却时间、落砂时间等工艺措施来控制针状组织铸铁的生成。研究了合金元素和工艺参数对针状组织铸铁金相组织和力学性能的影响,使得针状组织铸铁成功应用于斜楔产品。

Abstract:Element Mo, Cu were added into grey iron liquid, the type and content of inoculants, pouring time, cooling time, shake out time were adjusted to get acicular structure. The effects of alloy element and technology parameters on microstructure and mechanical property of acicular structure grey iron were studied. Acicular structure grey iron was applied on friction shoe successfully.
