摘    要:为了确保果蔬类农产品的食用安全, 对蔬菜瓜果进行农药残留的检测十分重要。本文通过对我国农药残留快速检测仪器的发展现状和评价方法的讨论, 分析了基于酶抑制法的农残速测仪器现存的主要问题, 并提出进行农残速测仪器评价工作的必要性。

Abstract:Detection of pesticide residues of fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products is very important to ensure the food safety. The current situation and evaluation method of rapid detection instruments of pesticide residues in China were discussed in this article. The existing problems of the instruments based on enzyme inhibition were analyzed.
