摘    要:2011年以来,陕西地区电力系统骨干网架已由330kV电胝升级为750kV,电网安全运行的要求也进一步提高。带电作业是保障电网安全运行的有效手段,通过大力开腱带电作业可以提高电网的安全性和稳定性。大量的理论研究和实践证明,陕西地区大力开展750kV带电作业是安全可行的,是提高陕西地区供电可靠性最为有效的手段之一。

Study on Management of Large-Scaled Live Working on the 750 kV System in Shaanxi

Abstract:Since 2011, the backbone network of the power system in Shaanxi has been upgraded from the 330 kV system to the 750 kV system, and accordingly the requirements of the safety operation of the grid is raised substantially. As an effective means, live working helps to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid. Many theoretical studies and practice prove that large-scaled live working on the 750 kV system is safe and feasible in Shaanxi, and it will become one of the most effective means in improving the reliability of power supply in Shaanxi.
