Abstract:In this paper, we report a microscopic target measurement and microstructure quantitative analysis system for expanding software functions and improving the efficiency of test analysis, which was developed on the basis of the LabVIEW image processing and visual programming analysis module. Brightness, contract and Gramma of gray scale transformation were performed on square and round profile images;edge detection and contour extraction were completed on the threshold segmented binarized image;the clamp measurement module was used to measure the grid size and diameter, which is then compared with the standard value. The results show the measurement errors are all within the tolerable error range, which proves the accuracy of image processing and analysis. After performing gray scale transformation on the interested region of the particle morphology, Gaussian filtering method was used to enhance the image information. The image was eroded, morphologically processed and reconstructed after threshold segmentation. Then, the characteristic radius of the particle was extracted, and the interested region of each particle was calculated. The area percentage composition of the interested region was retrieved for the quantitative analysis of the microstructure characteristics.
