| 摘 要： | 建设项目工程造价跟踪审计能有效规范建设行为,提高资金使用效益。结合工程造价管理的特点,分析工程造价跟踪审计模式运行中存在的主要问题,总结工程造价跟踪审计运行模式的选择策略,阐述工程量清单计价的项目实行工程造价跟踪审计的必要性。

| Abstract: | Engineering cost follow-up auditing has a favorable effect on construction projects to regulate construction action and improve capital effectiveness.Combined with engineering cost management futures,the major problems of operation mode are analyzed.The selection strategy of operation mode is summarized.It is necessary for the projects whose construction quantity is valued by bill to implement the engineering cost follow-up auditing. |
