智能家居人机交互绩效的实验分析——界面智能程度及任务认知模式的影响

摘    要:以具有电脑使用经验的工科大学生为参与者,使用基于pc的智能家居用户界面原型,研究界面智能程度及任务认知模式对人机交互绩效的影响.研究结果表明界面智能程度和任务认知模式之间存在一个相对清晰的匹配关系:低等智能程度匹配技能型任务;中等智能程度匹配知识型任务;高等智能程度匹配规则型任务.界面智能程度和任务认知模式的匹配可以提高人机交互的绩效,降低执行时间和减少错误次数.

Abstract:The objective of this study is to investigate how the interface smartness level would affect user performance when tasks of different cognitive modes are performed. Undergraduates with major of engineering participated in the study by performing tasks on pc-based centralized smart home interfaces prototypes. The results show that interface smartness level and task cognitive mode have a comparative clear matchlow smartness interface matches skill-based tasks, high smartness interface matches rule-based tasks and medium smartness interface matches knowledge-based tasks. The match could lead to high user performance, namely less performance time and fewer errors.
