小锻比锻造新工艺

摘    要:阐明了小锻比锻造的概念,首次提出平面变形化的原理及纵向锥面砧可实现小锻比锻造。应用纵向锥面砧还可实现无横向拉应力锻造,提高轴类锻件的横向力学性能。小锻比锻造新工艺具有广阔的应用前景。
