200 MW汽轮机高压转子缺陷的处理及评价

摘    要:
对某电厂200MW汽轮机组带缺陷高压转子进行了强度校核,对几种该转子的修复方案进行了分析比较,并对该转子的可用性进行了评价。结果表明,该类缺陷转子采用合理的车削处理方案对其强度的影响很小,同时车削部位的应力场以及车削本身对整个转子的寿命损耗过程和寿命都不会引起改变。该结论对类似问题的处理具有参考意义。图7参4

Abstract:
The strength of a 200 MW steam turbine's H.P.rotor,in a certain power plant,is being numerically recalculated,various ways of repair analytically compared and the rotor's serviceability evaluated.Results indicate that removing such defects by proper turning on a lathe has but a rather minor influence on the rotor's strength.Moreover,the influence of the stress field at the location of machining,as well as machining itself does not cause any change in the life consumption process of the rotor,and neither of its life span.This conclusion may serve as a reference for cases dealing with similar problems.Figs 7 and refs 4.
