嵌入式气象预警信息接收系统的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种基于ARM920T微处理器和GPRS网络的无线气象预警信息接收系统。该系统采用GPRS作为信息接收的桥梁,通过短消息业务接收气象预警信息,利用嵌入式Linux操作系统资源和图形开发库QT/E实现气象预警信息的显示、语音播报。该方案有效地缩短了接收延迟时间,提高了预警信息接收的有效性,避免了传统的气象预警接收方式无法及时应对突发性气象灾害的情况。

Abstract:A wireless weather warning information receiving system based on ARM920T microprocessor and GPRS network is designed. The system uses GPRS as a bridge for receiving information via SMS, and utilizes the embedded Linux operating system and graphics development library QT/E to achieve the display and the voice broadcast of weather warning information. The system effectively shortens the delay time of receiving information, improves the effectiveness of early warning information reception, and avoids the traditional way that receiving weather warnings can not respond to sudden weather disasters timely.
