摘    要:电调谐滤波器因其成本低、体积小和良好的跟踪滤波特性在射频接收领域得到了广泛应用和发展。通过分析耦合因子对调谐回路的影响,介绍了一种电调谐滤波器的设计改进方法,解决了宽频带使用时调谐回路耦合因子变化较大的缺点,与常规设计方法相比,滤波器的使用性能有较大的改善和提高。结合ADS仿真和实际测量,验证了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:Electric tuned filter has been widely used and developed in RF receiving field for its low cost,compact structure and steady tracking performances. In this paper, an improvement of the electric tuned filter is introduced by analyzing the coupling factor effect to the circuits. It eliminates the changefully shortage of the coupling factor when the tune filter applies to a wideband situation, compares with the customary method the filter performance is greatly improved. ADS simulation and testing results prove that the design method is correct.
