核-壳乳液聚合及其在涂料中的应用

摘    要:综述了近10年来核-壳乳液聚合理论的发展,其中包括聚合机理:聚合物沉积机理和种子粒子表面聚合机理;核-壳粒子的制备方法:间歇法、平衡溶胀法、半连续法、连续法;常见的核-壳结构乳胶粒子的几种形态结构以及影响形态结构的动力学和热力学因素、并介绍了核壳结构的表征方法包括对成膜能力的评价。最后介绍了核-壳乳液聚合在涂料中的应用。

Abstract:The developments of the theory on core?shell emulsion polymerization during the past ten years have been summarized, which includes that polymerization mechanism-polymers aggradations and polymerization in the surface of particles; preparation methods for core?shell particles-batch, equilibrium swelling, semi?continuous and continuous; several morphologies and structures of common emulsoid particles and influencing factors of thermodynamics and dynamics; and characteristic methods of core?shell structure including the ability of films formation. Finally applications in coating are introduced.
