就业指导一个有待挖掘的教育渠道

我国高校毕业生就业体制由市场引导就业和决定学生的发展需要的状况越来越明显 ,高校应该抓住这一渠道开展培养教育活动。在分析目前我国大学生就业存在的问题的基础上 ,通过与美国大学就业机制进行比较、借鉴 ,提出适应我国市场经济发展的就业体制和运行机制的一些设想 ,并探讨利用此渠道加强教育和引导 ,营造积极向上的就业教育环境 ,做好学生管理和服务工作的建议

Employment Instruction:an Dimension of Higher Education Awaiting to be Explored

With the construction and development of China's socialistic market economy,China's college students employment instruction mechanism is developing and maturing.In this paper,we first compare the employment instruction mechanism and educational environment of the United States and those of China in an attempt to address the problems with China's employment instruction mechanism and then bring forward a suggestion that a college students employment instruction center should be set up,a more productive and favorable educational environment should be constructed so as to turn out more qualified graduates to the needs of our socialistic market economy.
