综述了目前焦化行业的概况,针对独立焦化企业产品单一、经营状况不断恶化的局面,提出了独立焦化企业产品结构调整的几种思路。以某3家独立焦化企业为例,根据企业实际情况,确定了3种不同类型的产品调整技术方案,并做了简单经济测算。结果显示,经产品调整后,企业可实现扭亏为盈,并有较好的经济效益。建议在初步产品结构调整见效后,还可进行深度产品结构调整,形成产业链,生产精细化工及新材料产品。
