竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维性能对比分析

摘    要:探讨竹炭纤维的性能。通过对比分析竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维的截面形态、强伸性能、摩擦性能、耐酸碱性、质量比电阻等性能,试验结果表明,竹炭纤维具有良好的吸湿性,其断裂强度、初始模量明显大于粘胶纤维,其质量比电阻、摩擦因数略小于粘胶纤维,其耐酸耐碱性能接近于粘胶纤维。认为竹炭纤维具有较好的可纺性和服用性能。

Abstract:Property of bamboo charcoal fiber was discussed.Properties of bamboo charcoal fiber were contrasted and analyzed with viscose fiber,such as cross-section structure,strength and elongation,friction,acid and alkali resistance,mass specific resistance.The test result shows that hygroscopic of bamboo charcoal fiber is better,breaking strength and initial modulus of bamboo charcoal fiber are larger than that of viscose fiber obviously.Mass specific resistance and friction et al of bamboo charcoal fiber are less than that of viscose fiber slightly.Acid and alkali resistance of the two fibers are almost the same.It is considered that spinnability and wearability of bamboo charcoal fiber are better.
